I was wondering how can I distinguish the meaning of "sie" and "Sie" in the following sentence. During the speaking, I cannot see if the "s" is capitalized or not, So how can I find out that the "sie" means "you" or "they"!?

Wie sehen die Personen aus und wie wirken sie auf Sie?

Sie gehen in die Schule. They, could as well be the formal 'you', here the context would be important
Haben Sie gestern einen Apfel gegessen. the formal 'you'
