AI Some people predict that AI will take over the role of teachers in the next decades. I accept that AI, which is already a powerful tool for students and becoming more and more sophisticated, can be alternative for a teacher in some cases, but I disagree that it will completely take over the role of teachers. For some extent I agree with this prediction. Neural network is able to analyse tons of data and give a student very well-strcutured information and even create tasks. Today AI might be a very useful tool for students by checking their mistakes, correcting them, explaining some rules and giving recomendations. Furthermore AI platforms are constanly learning and it goes without saying that this technology will become much more sophisticated in the next few years. But at the same time I can’t agree that AI will replace the teacher’s role. I believe that we should consider AI as an extremly useful tool for teachers. Using aritificial intelligence teachers are able to create structured and well-made material faster, spend less time checking mistakes and find necessary information in a few seconds. Instead of that teachers may spend more time interacting with students, having a lively conversation or doing intresting tasks. Without a doubt, AI is a real game changer in the world of education, and teachers definitely must adapt to these changes. Simultaneously it doesn’t seems to me that AI will take over the role of teachers. I’m sure that new generation of teachers will adapt and take advantages of this cutting-edge technology. Thanks!
