By using the following example, I'd like to make sure a natural English expression.
Example:
(Correct combination)
Box A + Teddy Bear
Box B + Vase
(Incorrect combination)
Box A + Vase
Box B + Teddy Bear
So as not to deliver by the incorrect combinations, I'd like to indicate about the situation to my colleagues.
How do native English speakers say the above incorrect combination in English?
My idea is "The products are wrongly placed in the boxes each other."
Is that OK?

It sounds unnatural to say “each other” here. I would say one of these variations instead:
- The products were placed in the wrong boxes.
- The products are in the wrong boxes.
- This combination is incorrect. The teddy bear should be in box A and the vase should be in box.
