But I start my life in China , Beijing from this November.

Cooking!! Hi, everyone. In Japan, It is too hot!! So I made spetial menu for the prevention of summer lethargy. It is made of ... spinach, sea chiken and natto(fermented soybeans)!! Do you like natto?? I love it very much(*^^) Fermented foods is very good for our helth. Yoghurt, soybean paste, etc! There is many fermented foods in Japan. I think, it is thanks for the fermented foods that Japanese live the longest life in the world!! Let' s eat fermented foods!!

First notebook entry: Introducing myself I'm planning international inaternship! But I cannot speak English well X( I want to SPEAK English more and more fluently!!! I want to improve my TALKING and LISTENING skill! I study English more than 8 years.But I rarely have chance to talk with non-Japanese speaker. So I cannot listen and understand what foreign people speak in English X(
