I’m Nadine, 29 years old, born in Munich, Germany, but living all over the world. I’m an artist, translator, and German teacher with a professional background in Social Work. For the past few years, I’ve embraced a nomadic lifestyle, traveling solo—but Rio de Janeiro has my heart. The "cidade maravilhosa" is my chosen home.
I arrived in Brazil in 2018 with only basic textbook Portuguese and taught myself the language autodidactically. Today, I can express myself fluently and authentically.
With this experience and +4 years of teaching, I’ll help YOU reach fluency in German quickly and with FUN.

With my personal experience and +4 years of teaching German, I want to help you achieve fluency in a way that’s effective, enjoyable, interactive and creative.
I’ve completed over 1,300 lessons and had the privilege of guiding 120+ students on their learning journey. 100% of my students who prepared for exams like the Goethe-Institut tests passed!
I’ve developed effective and creative teaching methods, inspired by teaching and by my own language-learning journey (I’ve mastered more than 4 languages—English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese). I provide a wide range of materials tailored to make your learning easy, structured and FUN.

Think of my lessons as a conversation with a friend—tailored to your personal learning goals and interests. Because learning German doesn’t have to be boring, right? My priority is to create a relaxed and fun learning environment where you can learn real, everyday German, with a focus on SPEAKING.

I connected with Nadine because she had a fun energy in her teacher video and we shared an interest in Brazil. Her lessons have been a lot of fun, and also informative. Her listening and reading selections are superb, and she provides excellent advice for me during the lessons.
It’s a blast. I have a real good time learning German with her. She is chill, patient, creative, and funny! I look forward to more lessons with her.
