Greetings! I am Teacher Summer, an experienced educator with a passion for making language learning engaging and effective. As an American expatriate currently residing on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast, I bring a unique multicultural perspective to teaching, enriched by 15 years of living in France and extensive global travels. My professional approach is informed by my personal journey as a bilingual parent raising two active young boys, allowing me to connect authentically with learners of all ages. Beyond the classroom, I maintain a diverse set of professional interests including voice acting for audiobook production, creative writing, and theatrical arts. I have been teaching English as a second language for more than nine years. I have done private tutoring to French students and adults. It is my job:
To make children feel comfortable and ready for class - a comfortable child is ready to talk!

Her preparation for each class is outstanding, and she provides strong methodological support that helps the girls feel confident and motivated.
