Tammy

I had another fun and helpful conversation lesson with Tammy sensei. She gave me a lots of opportunities to practice my speaking skills. We were able to talk about a lot of topics in just 30 minutes. She also corrected my mistakes and provided better alternatives.

Tammy is a very patient teacher! I really appreciate her gentle corrections when I make mistakes. She is also very well-versed in several textbook series. Within seconds, she can cite the specific lesson and even page number of a basic grammar point for my reference after class. 5 Stars for Tammy!

Tammy was super kind and chatted with me in Japanese. We talked about her cafe and restaurant recommendations. I got some good ones saved now! We also chatted casually about Japan in general which was nice to get to know Tammy's thoughts about her hometown and Tokyo. It was a pleasant chat. Thank you again!

Tammy-sensei is an outstanding Japanese tutor! I always come away having learned something new or reinforced something I was unsure about. She’s incredibly encouraging, meets you at your current level, and creates a supportive learning environment. Tammy-sensei is also patient and thoroug; she takes the time to answer every question and makes sure you fully understand the material before moving on.
