I can tell Bei really put a lot of effort into preparing this lesson. She is organized, returns to unfinished lessons, and leaves no stone unturned. She encourages talking and speaking through personal experiences and storytelling. Thank you, Bei!

Bei keeps my lesson memorable. Today’s lesson was excellent, she chose a topic I could truly relate to. I learned a term that’s easy to remember and use in real conversations. Being able to carry even one new term or one character with me each week feels plenty, meaningful and lasting.

I chose to challenge myself and discuss a topic that I knew was difficult for my level - but at the same time very interesting, and I am very happy to have been able to talk about this sort of complex things with Bei Cai. I knew it was gonna be difficult but I also knew that she'd be patient and help me and give me more tools to discuss this topic, just like she always does. Thank you once again!

Today’s lesson came at the perfect time. It aligns with what’s been on my mind. I practiced speaking from story telling of my own experience and focused on reusing familiar words to build fluency. Bei’s lessons always connect to real life, which helps me reinforce what I’ve learned.

Bei always starts the lesson with a light conversation about our life updates. She then transitions into the lesson, naturally integrating the topics, phrases, and vocabulary into our earlier discussion or expanding on them. I have plenty of opportunities to speak, though it is challenging to think of the right words in the moment. I appreciate that Bei always chooses interesting subjects so that I can relate to them, I’m able to share stories while practicing my speaking. Thank you, Bei!
