Hola amigos de Italki mi nombre es Juan de Dios, Actualmente yo tengo 56 años de edad. Nací en Mérida, Yucatán en México. La región en la que yo vivo es rica en historia y cultura. Me he dedicado a las ventas desde ya hace 15 años por lo que platicar con personas es lo que he estado haciendo todo este tiempo. Permíteme ser parte de tu proyecto de aprender a hablar en español, platicaremos temas interesantes relacionados con el acontecer de nuestros entornos, a mi también me gustará saber de ti y tener nuevos amigos mediante esta muy buena plataforma Italki. Te propongo platicar temas según sea tu interés y necesidad, respetando el nivel en que actualmente te encuentres como hablante aprendiz de español. A eso agregaremos un poco de material extra para dar soporte a tus prácticas, como por ejemplo: imágenes, videos, textos en línea, algo de tareas y lo que sea necesario. Lo anterior fortalecerá tus habilidades para que puedas hablar un español fluido día a día.

Juan is an awesome teacher. He is a very intelligent, well-read person with an encyclopedic knowledge of Mexico’s history and culture. Even more important is his amazing ability to recount various facts and stories about Mexico like one might find in a master storyteller. Additionally, he has a great sense of humor and is abundantly kind but direct whenever he corrects my Spanish. Of course, I am fascinated by the language, culture, and history of Mexico, so Juan is the perfect choice for many more lessons in the future. I am confident that I will become more capable in Spanish as well as gain more knowledge about Mexico because of Juan’s guidance.
