Hi there!
My name is Arlene. I am from Puerto Rico. I am fluent in Spanish and English and I am learning Portuguese. I had a 26-year career in the areas of public communication, recruitment, and international programs.
Now , I love teaching languages, helping people prepare for job interviews, and sharing practices that help us connect to the body and the environment to reduce nervousness.
I enjoy simplicity, nature, and activities that help me stay more present in my body such as qigong and somatic meditation. My favorite book is The Alchemist.Ik als leerkracht
