I have studied with Saya Sensei for over a month now. I really appreciate her energy, and how excited she gets when I understand something or try to use it in another context. I feel comfortable asking questions to help with my comprehension, and the pace is very good. I do not feel like I am being rushed, dragged along, or held back. I can highly recommend her as a teacher.

I have had over 20 lessons with Saya Sensei. I’m very happy with my progress and have been achieving my goals. I was able to easily communicate with people when I went to Japan recently and this enhanced my overall experience there. I am able to pick up more when I watch anime or play JRPG games so I am relying less on subtitles. This allows me to enjoy my hobbies more. Overall I’m very happy with how Saya sensei teaches and encourages me and I’m definitely noticing the difference. I highly recommend her as a teacher.
