I was raised in South Africa and relocated to France five years ago. I hold a BA in Information Communications and am deeply passionate about Social Constructs, Languages and Psychology. I enjoy engaging in meaningful exchanges and sharing insights on a wide range of topics, which naturally led me to Teaching English for Specific Purposes.

As a dedicated language teacher with a background in Information Sciences, I bring a personalized and holistic approach to teaching. My move from South Africa to France has enriched my understanding of cultural nuances and the challenges of language learning, allowing me to connect deeply with my students. My goal is not just to teach English but to empower my students to communicate confidently and effectively in their personal and professional lives.

My lessons are interactive, practical, and tailored to each learner’s needs, reflecting key principles of English for Specific Purposes and scaffolded learning. The process begins with an analysis to identify the learner’s current linguistic competence, followed by an exploration of the target situations in which English will be used. Based on this, the sessions will combine relevant language input with opportunities for meaningful output. Through ongoing progress monitoring, sessions remain aligned with the learner’s evolving needs. While grounded in ESP methodology, my approach remains flexible and adaptive, allowing for authentic communication and continuous adjustment.
