I try to do a mix of activities in each lesson, focusing on different skills. So I will usually do one exercise on grammar, one exercise on vocabulary, and one or two exercises on a particular business skill like meetings, e-mails, presenting, telephoning, negotiations, small talk, etc. I also talk to you about your work week so I can give you feedback on your sentence structure and pronunciation, and simply to give you some speaking time.

I had a very good trial lesson with Lauri. She was very friendly and patient. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand new things easily. I felt comfortable speaking with her, and she made the lesson fun and interesting. I really enjoyed the class and I learned a lot. I am excited to continue learning with Lauri!

Her English is native-level, and the price is reasonable. But if you're looking for a slightly better teacher or want to learn something, she's clearly not the right person. She'd turn off her video camera a few minutes into the class (so she could distractedly talk to you while she was doing her own thing, unobserved). Her teaching style wasn't my style either; she'd interrupt me and correct me before I even started. (Some people might appreciate this kind of "immediate" correction, but I'm not one of them.)
