My teaching philosophy is that every single person is unique and hides a treasure within waiting to be discovered, understanding and adapting to a student's needs and method of learning is crucial to accomplish success as a teacher. I initially tend to use the coach/directing teaching style, promoting learning through listening. As I progress and get to know the student, I switch to a hybrid method that adapts to the student's needs and learning method.
