Hello! My name is Reem and I have a TAFL certification. My target is to help you to be a fluent and confident speaker in no time. My lessons will be created to target your needs and get you to practice different aspects of the language. The lessons will be a mixture of engaging activities and games to develop the 4 skills. I use many different tools to meet your needs and facilitate your Arabic learning so that you can remove your stress and enjoy your learning. I will first assess your current level of Arabic and try to understand from you what your needs are to design the lessons to fit your level. I taught at Middlebury College in the US for 6 years, at the American University in Cairo as adjunct faculty, at the International House in Cairo ILI, and as an online instructor since 2013.My students are from different countries all over the world, and that gave me the wide experience to understand the differences among cultures, which helps for better learning and communication. I teach all levels, from beginner to advanced, and I use different books. I am a language learner myself; currently, I am learning how to speak Turkish and Korean. My experiences as a language learner have given me insights into what activities and exercises are most useful when trying to learn a language. Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
I am teaching from different books of learning Arabic as a Foreign language. I add more different materials accordingly to your needs. We can tailor a specialized course upon request.
My activities vary to meet the different learning styles of the students. I use the “Eclectic approach” in teaching and my activities designed to be highly qualified and enjoyable at the same time to facilitate your learning in a very professional way. I give assignments and more activities after the lesson for better recycling and it will be corrected through email or in class.

I always enjoy my lessons with Reem, she is an incredible teacher and very caring and supportive . I appreciate the materials Reem provides and how she takes notes during our lessons. This allows me to review any material or new vocabulary that we went over which is very helpful. Reem goes above and beyond for me as a student and I appreciate how much she cares about my language study. I have been studying with Reem for over 1.5 years - she is hands down one of the greatest teachers on this platform! There is always a guiding structure that keeps the lessons on track but she does such a great job incorporating your interests, whether from songs, shows, movies or things happening in our culture today, and using these things to reinforce the topics we’re learning in a way that is extremely fun and exciting. I highly recommend studying with Reem - it will be one of the best decisions you’ll make!
