Swahili is one of the most widely spoken languages in Africa — especially across East Africa — and I’ve had the joy of teaching it for over 6 years, both part-time and full-time. One thing I’ve learned? No two students learn the same way! That’s what makes teaching so exciting. I love creating a relaxed space where my students can speak as naturally as possible — no pressure, just good vibes and steady progress. My lessons are all about lively, open conversations between me and my student(s). We don’t just stick to the script — we chat, we laugh, and we practice together throughout the session to make sure everything clicks. I know learning a new language can feel overwhelming, so I keep things light and interactive to make sure you're not just learning, but actually enjoying the journey. For those living in Dar es Salaam, we provide in-person classes for a more immersive experience. We also offer translation and transcription services.
