Hi, I'm Tony, and I live in the northeastern part of Brazil—a place I absolutely love. I've always been passionate about learning new languages and have dedicated myself to continuously improving my skills.
I’m a very persistent person, and I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, languages, and places. I’m also a huge fan of pop music, anime, movies, and TV series.

I started my teaching career at the College of Engineering, helping first-year students with English. In 2016, while attending an English course at a language center, my teachers noticed my potential and often asked me to substitute for them, which I’ve been doing for the past five years.
I also provide private lessons to teenagers and beginner English learners, as well as Portuguese lessons for foreigners.

I have seen much improvement in my Portuguese and have a lot of confidence to speak with others now. I've been taking courses on on this platform for Spanish and so when I decided to do Portuguese, Tony went above and beyond for our lesson. Super prepared, fun and humble. I'll definitely take another lesson soon.
