Fun lesson. Cherry knows how to feel my linguistics needs and cater for them regardless of the contents of the book. This makes for very intellectually stimulating exchanges which clearly boost my motivation.

Used an easily available Burmese instructional manual, which was helpful. Good judgement about when to introduce new concepts to a beginner. Speaks English well. Very good first session.

Today, we focused mainly on reading comprehension, which is exactly what I need most. I could tell Cherry put a lot of thought into slowing the pace of our lessons down, and incorporating reading practice into lessons, in order to ensure my reading stays up to par with other skills (speaking, listening, etc.). Great lesson!

my first lesson with cherry and planning to take more! her classes are good for complete beginners like me, she has both listening and speaking exercises and you will definitely enjoy her lessons, she makes sure you understand and is very patient even though i kept forgetting hahaha. definitely reccomend her :)
