Born into an Italian-Bulgarian family and raised across cultures, I turned childhood language struggles into superpowers! 🦸♀️
After surviving 6 months of Bulgarian school confusion (yes, total gibberish at first!), I learned 5 languages (English, Bulgarian, Italian, Spanish, French).
Now, as a post graduate interpreting student in Johannesburg, I specialize in helping learners *crack the code* of Slavic languages and conversational fluency—with the empathy of someone who’s been there.

Teaching my students and friends how to speak languages has been something that naturally occurred from a young age. My friends' parents would have their kids practice English with me and once I went to university, I started teaching Italian and Bulgarian privately.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your students improve on their speaking and grasp more and more with each lesson. I love to facilitate that learning for my students and make it as fun as possible. Jokes are never set aside! Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
My teaching style is personalized, gentle, and thorough. I analyze how my students can learn best in each moment and provide them with a relevant style of teaching. Some days you want to have the chance to think about an answer and on others you need a bit more guidance. I will move at your desired pace & provide you with the most essential learning materials.

Kristina is simply amazing! Learning a language comes with so many questions and confusing rules that don't match your own native language, and the journey to understanding it all really can depend on what kind of teacher you have.
