I'm Lonika! I worked at a musical instrument store because I love music. I also have many other hobbies, such as video games, anime, animals and fashion! I want to communicate with people from all over the world through music. To achieve this goal, I live in Canada now for a working holiday. (Basically, I don't wear much makeup when I'm at home, so don't be surprised if my face looks different from the picture, hehe.)

Another great lesson with Lonika sensei. Lonika sensei was able to adjust to my listening level and when I didn't know a word, it was explained and rephrased so I could grasp the sentence quicker. Really pleased I have some new words to try out! I look forward to the next lesson. ◡̈

I’m super grateful! ✨My lessons with Lonika Sensei have become more wonderful than I imagined on iTalkie. I just had my first lesson with Lonika Sensei. Before the lesson, I was quite nervous about speaking Japanese, but Lonika Sensei immediately put me at ease, which helped me to express myself and listen more clearly. It’s clear that Lonika Sensei has a lot of experience with students. I received valuable feedback and learned new phrases to use, all while focusing on conversation. I've taken several lessons with Lonika and she has been awesome! She has a great and warm personality and will keep you engaged and motivated, and is an excellent teacher. I also like how she speaks in natural Japanese speed if you ask, instead of the slowed down version. Let's you adapt correctly and made my trips to Japan much easier in terms of communication. Would highly recommend!
