Nana-san has been creative with her ways with teaching which especially works well for those looking to fix their gaps in Japanese (instead of textbook ways of learning). It really helps me to keep my motivation to be able to use everything I’ve learned from her especially for my bilingual work.

I’ve been really enjoying my lessons with Nana san! She’s incredibly kind and patient, and always makes me feel comfortable asking questions - no matter how small. I really appreciate how she is with scheduling, and how she creates a safe, supportive space where it’s okay to make mistakes. Her materials are always helpful and well-organized, which makes learning so much easier. I highly recommend Nana san as italki tutor !🥰

I had a lovely time with Nana-sensei, I learned a bunch of new words and she helped correct my sometime wonky sentances ! At the end of the lesson, we had a small debrief where she highlighted my strenghts and encouraged me to keep on studying, it really motivated me to do even better !

I greatly enjoy Nana Sensei's JLPT preparation class; she is helping me make great progress and asks me questions to make sure I understand correctly all concepts. She is an excellent teacher who takes the time to prepare the class and she always sends me the class materials after the lesson.
