Hi! I’m Yuko.
I love domestic and international travel, and I enjoy talking about Japan's hidden spots and global trends. I’m a mom of two boys, and my hobbies include cooking and playing the piano!
I spent four years studying abroad in California, attending both college and university. I majored in liberal arts and ethnomusicology, where I discovered the amazing connection between language and culture.
After returning to Japan, I've worked in translation, music production, and web editing. I also completed U.S.-certified holistic health coach training in 2022.

We had another free talk today, and I also learned how to use Japanese particles. Now I understand better the difference between “に” and “へ.” Yuko’s grammar explanation very clear and really awesome!

Had an awesome trial lesson with Yuko. She was so patient when I had some tech issues at the start and made sure I felt ready to begin. We talked about my level and goals to create a good plan. I loved the free talk time at the end—I got to practice a lot! Her lessons are creative and easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend her!
