I am an Australian living in Cambodia. I have been living and working in different countries primarily in International Development. I am an experienced Social Worker and have worked extensively in government and the Not For Profit sector in Australia and Asia for over 15 years. I have experience mentoring and supervising students, new graduates, social workers, and international development workers including those from a non English speaking background.

I have over 10 years experience in supervising, mentoring, training, and capacity building with people working in social work, welfare and not for profit, and international development.

My mentoring and supervision style is adaptable to your needs. I can develop a structured plan with clear goals and outcomes. I can also be more flexible and spontaneous addressing goals and concerns as they arise. Or a combination of both. I can also offer support and guidance for students and workers newly arrived to Australia.
My teaching style is flexible according to your needs. We can have relaxed a conversation based lessons or a more structured class. To stay motivated to learn a language you need to enjoy it so I aim to make sure our lessons are interesting as well as educational.5.0
