Hi, I’m Romana, a Czech native from Prague, and I’m here to help you master the Czech language! I grew up bilingual, I speak Czech and Slovak, and started learning English when I was just 2 years old. I’m also learning Spanish, Italian, and French because I love connecting with people from different cultures.
I’ve traveled to over 50 countries, lived in 6 including the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Spain and Thailand. During my travels, I realized how difficult it is to connect with locals without knowing the local language. As a teacher, I found my passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring others while coaching gymnastics. I enjoy working with kids, teenagers, and young adults, focusing not only on the subject matter but also on being a mentor and offering support to help you grow. I really recommend lessons with Romana. She can always come up with interesting questions and topics and leaves plenty of space for the student to talk. She gives a lot of advice on how to create correct sentences. She pays attention to grammatical or stylistical errors and will help you work on them. The atmosphere in the lessons is always very pleasant.

This was a super good first lesson. It was a dynamic but relaxed class, in the sense that I learned as much as I could and had a great time with a patient and nice teacher. She's a great choice for learning Czech and I will go on with her for sure. Thank you, Romana !
