Hi! I’m Chris from Ireland. I have a Master’s in European Studies and have lived in Sweden, Belgium, and France, working with EU institutions and the British Council. I speak French and Swedish (sometimes badly!) and love how language learning opens doors to new cultures and people. I’m TEFL Level 5 certified and really enjoy helping learners improve their English. I was born in the UK, so I speak both British and Irish English. My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and focused on your goals. I’ve been teaching on iTalki for around four years. I use a communicative approach focused on real conversation and practical language. My lessons use authentic materials and are tailored to your interests; Engaging, relevant content makes learning more effective.
