My name is Fardosa, a native Somali speaker with a deep love for culture, languages, and connecting with people from all walks of life. I am a passionate language enthusiast who speaks three languages: Swahili, Somali, and English. Growing up in a multilingual environment has given me a deep appreciation for the power of language in connecting people. I chose to teach Somali because it’s more than just a language—it’s a gateway to understanding a rich and vibrant culture that I’m proud to share.

As a Somali language teacher, I don't just focus on teaching the language; I also offer a window into Somali culture and traditions. Somali culture is rich with history, music, dance, and a strong sense of community. My priority as a teacher is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel confident to learn and ask questions. I believe in adapting my teaching to each individual’s pace and learning style, ensuring every lesson is productive and enjoyable.

In my lessons, I focus on providing a structured approach to learning Somali, tailored to your level and needs. Since 2020, I’ve been helping students from beginners to intermediate levels understand the language’s core components, including the alphabet, pronunciation, grammar, and conversation. My teaching style is interactive, engaging, and adaptable to different learning preferences.
I use personalized resources that I prepare for each student, ensuring a unique learning experience. Lessons are enriched with visual aids for visual learners, auditory tools for those who learn by listening, and practical speaking exercises to improve communication skills.Mijn lesmateriaal
