Chieko-sensei is a wonderful teacher. She is very professional, yet she's patient and caring. She'll listen to you diligently and also give you very thoughtful and productive feedback. She always writes me useful tips and summaries after each lesson. I find those summaries and pdfs very helpful. She does this all while giving you a nice smile :) She's an amazing Japanese and JLPT teacher!
