Konnichiwa☺️ I’m Risa, a certified native Japanese teacher based in Tokyo. With a background in marketing and international business, I’ve spent several years living abroad in Thailand and Singapore. Being a language learner myself, I know that learning a new language can be challenging, but it is truly life-changing. It has broadened my horizons, allowed me to live abroad, and helped me connect with amazing people all over the world. After passing the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, I began my journey as an instructor with the goal of helping you open new doors through the Japanese language. ⭐️My Teaching Approach My lessons focus on communication and are designed to be a "safe space" where you can make as many mistakes as you need—that’s how we improve!
