Wow I am really impressed with the way Ryan guided me through today's class. Even though it was the first time meeting he knew exactly how to push me. I'm not exactly a beginner anymore so sometimes I get a little bored just talking about the same things over and over again even though I also admittedly also like to hear myself talk too much >_< But lately I've been craving some sort of challenge while also perfecting the fluency of my Korean and Ryan did exactly that! Based on whatever I would say, he would expand upon certain words, phrases and teach me new things. In just an hour I learned so many new things that I know will definitely be useful in the future. Highly recommend.

Meeting Ryan today was a pleasure. He’s very kind and clearly passionate about teaching. Today, he first reviewed a short story of mine, giving me words and phrases to make it sound more natural. Second, he explained the meaning and usage of some internet/texting slang that I had come across. In both instances, he not only gave helpful explanations, but showed me the various situations that the phrases can be used in. He has such a kind energy that made me feel comfortable during our conversation. I made mistakes, tried out the new phrases that he introduced, and learned a lot. I look forward to the next class 🥳
