Musa Ceesay

This was my first class and I enjoyed it. We started with the basics. Musa speaks very clearly and is easy to understand. We took examples from the pdf file as well as make up personal examples. He provides different ways a native speaker will ask you a question or answer you, preparing you for various scenarios. I felt very comfortable learning Wolof with him and he was willing to answer any questions I had.

Musa is a great teacher. He is enthusiastic and gives lots of examples. I will definitely book more lessons with him.

Phenomenal class as always. Musa’s classes are so much more than just learning a language. He is going above and beyond educating me and helping me reclaim my long lost culture, through sacred storytelling, micro-lessons on Senegambian culture, sharing meaningful proverbs, insights on Wolof vs Mandinka cuisine, the list goes on!!!! This King is a phenomenal teacher! Just completed my first lesson and he was super patient and respectful of my language learning goals and had a cheerful/positive attitude that I appreciated so much. Looking so forward to learning from him more!! Thank you Musa!!!

It was really fun to have this session with Musa. We practiced grammar and used also the grammar to talk about what we were doing or had done in the past.
