I just had my first Japanese lesson with Umi. She is great I highly recommend her as your new teacher :) I'm a complete beginner so Umi guided me through some basics of greeting people and introducing myself, as well as covering some basic grammar, and introducing me to Hiragana, Katakan and Kanji. Umi was engaged the whole time, taught me alot and kept things fun and entertaining throughout the lesson - a 10/10 teacher :)

I had a great time chatting with Umi-san about upcoming travel plans. She recommended some good spots in Tokyo and at the end of our conversation she provided in detail much appreciated feedback on my Japanese.
