Tamilselvi akka is an amazing teacher- she is able to explain grammar and language structures clearly and has great resources for her students.

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We reviewed the last set of consonants and varisai. After that, we moved on to spoken Tamil and Tamilselvi checked to see how well I knew the material. Tamilselvi does a good job of mixing review with new material!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi. We continued learning the letters for loanwords. We also reviewed a number of the consonant/vowel combinations. After that, we continued on to spoken Tamil and learned more about common verbs. Tamilselvi gave me different options and asked me about what was important for me to learn, which I really appreciated. Tamilselvi does a nice job of reviewing to make sure I understand!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We practiced reading words with all the vowels and consonants, which was good because there are a few letters that I was still getting confused. After that, we learned about "family members" and different verbs in spoken Tamil. Tamilselvi did a nice job of helping me out with the pronunciation on those confusing letters!

We also learned some new words using these combinations, and Tamilselvi showed me how to write my name in Tamil. After that, we worked on spoken Tamil. Tamilselvi does a nice job of going through the materials and reviewing the letters!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We learned the consonants combined with the "ao" vowel and read words that contain that combination. We also practiced spoken Tamil and learned about subject-verb agreement. Tamilselvi's lesson is low-stress and she does a good job of explaining the concepts!
