Santiago is good in helping learners with conversion. He provides good answers to whatever questions student ask.
When he senses that learners are not sure whether they said something correctly, he writes the correct way to express this in the message box. Also when he senses that learners do not understand something that he said, he writes what he said in the message box and then explains it.

Having a conversation with Santiago is very helpful. He will gives you enough time and space to speak freely.
