Salut ! I’m Raluca—a French, English and Romanian teacher with a Ph.D. in comparative literature and 8 years of university-level experience. Born in Romania (Iași), I spent 15 years in France (Paris and elsewhere) and now live in Italy (Bari), so I teach with a quadrilingual flair (french, romanian, italian, english). My specialty ? I'm comitted to creating a pleasant and stress-free teaching environment, and am attentive to the level, needs and goals of every student. My teaching is based on culture-related discoveries (music, visual media, literature, essais and articles) focusing on reading comprehension, written production, pronounciation, conversation, written translation, grammar (including theoretical grammar) and telling stories on the weaving strands of etymology.
