Hello! My name is Sophie, and I’m a native French speaker with a passion for language, storytelling, and connection. I lived in Australia for over six years, where I had the joy of teaching both French and English to students of all ages and levels.
In addition to teaching, I’ve worked extensively in film and television production, which has given me a deep appreciation for creativity and communication. I'm an avid fan of cinema, TV series, books, the arts, animals, and — of course — food! Sophie is very attentive. Lucky to have found her. She truly does her best to provide constructive feedback on the go during and after each lesson. The class agenda includes articles, readings, conversation, hearing and writing. All in a very productive system in order to improve language skills.

A really good learning atmosphere. For our first class, I did a lot of talking, with a lot of mistakes and missed vocabulary, and this is exactly my style of learning to speak. She corrected occasionally or provided missing vocabulary, but when I didn't talk, she stepped in and directed the conversation. Very professional. She found out my interests and goals and will prepare the appropriate lesson for next time.

J'aime prendre des cours de temps en temps pour simplement parler français avec une personne de langue maternelle française. Sophie a été très gentille et compréhensive.
