Hello. I was born in Seoul and I am a native Korean. I worked as a teacher or tutor for about 16 years. I've been teaching Korean and English for 16 years and have certificate of teaching korean to foreigners level 2. My major is korean and korean culture, and English literature. Thus far, I've done a 10 package lesson with Ballooney and have very much enjoyed all the lessons. She has a good character and is very diligent in her approach, things are clearly planned out and you feel you are studying with a trustworthy teacher. I highly recommend her.

I enjoy that she talks about so many different topics and checks in with you to see of you know certain words. I also really like that if you say something in Korean she will rephrase and repeat it back, to make sure she understands you. To me this is a great confirmation that what you're saying can be understood. She has a great and bright attitude with every lesson. I hope to continue the lessons for as long as I can!
