Bonjour et bienvenue! My name is Sophie and I'm from the French Alps, from a town called Annecy and known as " the Venice of the Alps ". I studied Mandarin and Economics in France, the UK and China. I love learning new things - I have recently started learning the guitar, but above all I am passionate about travelling and discovering new cultures. Sophie is a fantastic French teacher. She makes lessons extremely engaging (with tongue twisters) while keeping them structured. I always feel comfortable speaking, get lots of clear feedback to improve, and leave with a solid plan for the next class. She also tailored exercises specific for TEF Canada, which was extremely helpful.

Chaque cours avec Sophie est super agréable et bien structuré. On a joué à 2 vérités et 1 mensonge et j’ai appris à dire l’alphabet de A à Z très vite ! Elle m’envoie toujours une liste claire de mes points à améliorer et un plan précis pour la prochaine leçon. Le temps passe trop vite et je me sens chaque fois plus confiant en français.
