Learning with Andrea has been a very fun and relaxing experience. There is a lightly structured design in his lessons were we can flow through various conversational ideas however we will stop and linguistically analyze troublesome topics. When analyzing we work together as a team to understand them better, meaning he will see if the explanation was effective or if he needs to explain it in another way. He frequently gives me things to do between lessons based on what we talked about. For example we were talking about italian movies one day and he recommended me an actor to check out which I gladly did and we talked about it casually the next lesson. It isn’t a struggle with Andrea, it feels like i’m talking with a friend, but a friend who wants me to improve my Italian and has the backing knowledge to propel me forward.

Classes with Andrea are always very fun and interesting. I like his teaching approach, where we gradually build on what I already know, imitate real life scenarios and discuss topics that I'm interested in. He always finds a way to make me smile and recommend something to help me learn even outside the classroom! 😄
