After six months of studying with Andy I can see how much my English has improved. The classes are extremely organized, the material used is excellent. Andy manages to teach how to write, to speak and to listen are very well. He is punctual, patient and develops the means so we can understand everything during the lesson. If you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced and want to improve your English, do not hesitate, Andy is the ideal teacher.

Fantastic, it's been a few months since starting with Andy. I can now communicate in a good enough level of spanish to be understood (more or less) and watch some videos on YouTube (which would have been incomprehensible at the start of this year) and get the gist of what is being said. Learning a language is a messy process for your brain but it's something that I've been enjoying - especially with Andy as he has an excellent cadence to his lessons, he knows exactly when to stay and chat and when to move the focus back onto class materials. I can whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone (Spanish or English) no matter your level with the language.

Andy is a great teacher. He is very patient and kind. He uses different techniques to facilitate learning and works on all areas of learning Spanish, including pronunciation, listening, reading, and writing. I would recommend him highly. - Anthony

Two days before the lesson, I informed the teacher that I wanted to practice the past tense through natural conversation. Unfortunately, the lesson did not reflect this request. About 20 minutes into the lesson, I asked if we could have a real conversation instead. Instead of having a conversation with me, the teacher sent me a list of questions in the chat and asked me to answer them by myself. Only after I said this felt unnatural did the teacher start asking the questions aloud. Even then, there was almost no follow-up, response, or natural interaction after my answers, making the lesson feel awkward rather than conversational. I also felt uncomfortable when the teacher simply told me that my listening was not good, rather than trying to help me understand in other ways. Overall, I was very disappointed because the lesson did not meet my expectations. It was the first time I had ever wanted a language lesson to end as soon as possible.
