First lesson with Brittley was great! She is very nice, and came prepared. She makes learning easy. I am a very visual person, and her teaching style really fit my needs. She explains things, gives examples, and has you signing from Day 1. Can't wait for my next lesson. Highly recommend!!

Lessons are always fun and challenging. Brittley incorporates a good amount of review, new material, and how to use what I am learning into conversation.

Wow. I was super impressed by Brittley. We started signing right away and having a normal conversation. She didn't voice at all. When I didn't understand a sign, she fingerspelled it slowly for me, and in some cases even used a whiteboard. Her internet connection is really fast and her camera is positioned in such a way that no matter what she signs, everything is captured. I recommend her for students who can hold a basic conversation and want a real "immersion" experience. Great practice for signing in the real world!

Taking up lessons with Brittley is just like talking to a friend. It’s always a treat to be able to talk to her. I appreciate that she’s not afraid to tell you when you’re wrong but NEVER in a critical or judgmental way. She’s very encouraging and patient. I can tell she loves what she does! It seems she actually takes the time to engage with her students and helps to make them feel comfortable. As long as she keeps teaching on Italki, I’ll keep coming back!
