I choose Yuko Sensei as my first iTalki teacher. I was very nervous to start with iTalki. I was very happy with our initial lesson. I found her to be very kind, supportive, and encouraging. More importantly, her professionalism was evident as she effortlessly guided the conversation into learning and training, and in fact took me through my first Genki I textbook and workbook session. I really was impressed she was able to integrate conversation with textbook education. Meccha Ookini Yuko Sensei!

Yuko worked with my 6 year old daughter and was absolutely amazing! The purpose for the lesson was to improve on her "Japanese conversation". Yuko knew exactly what to say and ask to encourage my daughter to speak Japanese with her! She even taught her a cute song.!!! Yuko's has a wonderful personality, great for kids and adults who want to learn the language. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Yuko is an excellent teacher. She is kind, supportive, and encouraging. She is helping me work through the Genki textbook. I can already tell a big difference in my Japanese knowledge with the lessons I have had. I always look forward to my next lesson.

My first lesson with Yuko was wonderful! She established what my goals are and used that to plan the lesson. She asked how I best learn and memorise to give me practice techniques and was very clear in her explanations. Overall it was great and I look forward to continue learning!
