Francesca is very kind and patience. She let me talk in italian even tough it was not perfect. I was impressed by the safe class's environment she created for our 1st class.

Francesca is such a great person to take lessons with. She and I have been working together since late 2023, and no doubt, I would not be where I am without her. Reaching out to her in September 2023 was the best thing I've done since picking back up learning Italian.
