Tarntawan

Today was my first class with Khruu Tarntawan. She was friendly and helpful and spoke at exactly my level, so I felt comfortable and understood more than 80%. Another thing that I liked is that the teacher used Thai 99% of the time. If I didn't understand something, Khruu Tarntawan explained it without switching to English. All new words she wrote into a table and I could use them during our conversation.

Very friendly attitude and marked out a clear plan of how to progress, look forward to future lessons 😊

Kru always comes prepared with fun and engaging materials. This week after some casual chat, we practiced listening to commercials to get better with formal and informal speech. I was able to understand the context, but also hear the individual words rather than just picking out a few and having to figure it out. This is a great improvement I've noticed since we started working with short videos.

Very happy to study with Kru Tarntawan, we practice conversation and I get much needed training in practicing spoken Thai. We speak at a level where I am challenged to learn new words and enforce better sentence structure. Also very happy that she points out the different tones, and makes me repeat until the tone is right for the word.
