Drawing from my insights from Psychology, especially those about learning and educational psychology, I've designed my programs to place the student at its heart. For me, understanding each student's unique learning pace and style is paramount. I value patience and kindness, not just as personal principles, but as essential components in teaching. My courses are geared towards one primary goal: improving your German speaking level. We always maintain a practice-oriented focus during our sessions, prioritizing the acquisition of new vocabulary. We'll engage with varied materials like videos and articles to hone your speaking, reading, and listening skills. Grammar is typically set as homework, but this approach will vary based on your language proficiency. I've been taking lessons with Fenja for a few months now, and I enjoy every lesson. I'm a beginner, so it's still pretty hard for me to speak in German, but Fenja's super personable and patient, and explains things well, so she's helped me gain some confidence in speaking. Would highly recommend her classes.
