Lessons with Sophie offer the best of both worlds: ability to practice German with the native speaker plus meticulously organized classes. She is always well prepared for each lesson and has amazing supplemental materials. But despite having structured materials, Sophie is very flexible and willing to tailor each class to a specific student needs. Sophie's ability to explain complex concepts in English and/or Spanish is also very helpful. Most importantly, Sophie makes you feel so comfortable and heard during the classes that learning a new language becomes enjoyable rather than a boring and demanding task.
