I have lived in Germany, Taiwan, and Australia, however, now I am in Japan.
My hobbies include cooking, hanging out with animals, taking a walk in old town, pottery, ghibli and studying foreign language. Food especially, I my biggest interest. I really love going to cooking classes when I travel abroad and learning authentic cuisine. I think it is very important to respect culture each other. I am interested in cultures all over the world so I am always happy to talk with people from all different countries.

I have master’s degree of Japanese language education. In my master’s course, I studied how to motivate learners in learning a foreign language, so I have passion to motivate my students. I also study Chinese and English by myself so I really understand how difficult it is to keep studying a language but I also know that there is happiness and joy in learning a language. I will support you to reach your goals by learning Japanese in a relaxed and enjoyable way because seeing my students smile and improve their Japanese skills is my greatest source of joy when teaching! 1．Basic Japanese Grammar and Conversation Level : Basic
Textbook :「Genki 1&2」or「みんなの日本語1&2」
I can teach you effectively because I have been using those 2 text books more than 10 years. I can prepare exercise and assignment for you in view of your level and needs. Basically, I will speak Japanese in my lesson but I am also able to explain in English and Chinese.
2. Natural Conversation Practice Level: All levels
You can choose a conversation topic or I can also prepare a topic. I will correct mistakes and write them down. It will help you to review and practice by yourself. We can talk and make a lesson plan together. I am very friendly and patient, so please feel free to chat with me!Mijn lesmateriaal

Today i had another great and fun conversation lesson with ふみ先生! The atmosphere was great as always and we had a lot of fun topics ☺️ ふみ先生 is always so encouraging! Every time I'm more motivated to work on my japanese language skills! Thank you as always for the wonderful time ☺️

I can't recommend Fumi sensei enough! She is incredibly patient and always helps me with grammar and vocabulary using relatable examples, which makes it much easier to understand. I was initially very anxious about speaking Japanese, but she created a comfortable environment that put me at ease. Now, I no longer feel nervous before our lessons and truly look forward to them :)

Talking with ふみ先生 is always so fun, motivating and relaxing! She creates such a great atmosphere and i'm never scared to make mistakes or to ask anything! I can't recommend her enough if your looking for the best teacher 🥰 いつもありがとう！

Fumi sensei has been the best teacher for me by far, I have only had a few lessons with her but she has made me feel so comfortable and ready to learn for each lesson. I strongly recommend Fumi Sensei for beginners because of how patient she is.

Fumi Sensei is very easy to talk to and connect with 😊 Her explanation of grammar was clear and I really like that she asked me to use the grammar in a little quiz as that helped me practice it.

Today I had yet again an amazing lesson! I got exactly what I expected and wished for: Conversational practice, Homework checking and New grammer in a nice and structured way. She never makes me feel nervous or awkward which really motivates me to speak more Japanese. Personally, I always want to know what to do next so Fumi sensei prepares homework exercises which is really helpful!
