Wow, what a great first lesson!! I've already had a lot of great lessons here on italki and I'm all the time grateful for every lesson I have, but this was by far the best I've ever had!! Jo is amazing!! Her energy and passion to teach is positively contagious. It made so much fun to talk to her and even though I'm a beginner in Portuguese I had a great feeling talking to her in a relaxed atmosphere. Muito Obrigado Jo. Nossa conversa foi muito util pra mim. I loved my lesson with Jô today. We covered some Brazilian history and used song lyrics to test my listening. We also talked about some grammatical differences between Portuguese and English. Muito obrigada pelo lição ótimo!
