Nazee Nowroozi

I really appreciate Nazee's help over the last year and a half as I have been learning Persian from zero. I have learned so much due to her skill and support, and I look forward to our regular classes. I highly recommend her as a Farsi/Persian teacher.

Nazee is an excellent teacher. She does a great job of both encouraging me and also pushing the boundaries of my abilities. For conversation practice, she phrases things in multiple ways so that I understand what is being said (and then also does a very good job of explaining things that I don't understand). My mind is constantly active/challenged during our sessions. Her technique of writing down words that were difficult for me on google docs and then providing an audio file of those words afterwards is extremely helpful. On a personal level she's really lovely to chat with. Would strongly recommend.

A great first lesson with Nazee!

I like that Nazee makes the class feel natural and challenging, as if I was speaking with a Persian friend. She uses Farsi most of the time, so you naturally engage and are actively pain great attention as if you were in a real Persian environment. I love that she provides you videos, tailored to your passions and areas of interest, and that she sends you an audio with the expressions written in class. That is very helpful to improve pronunciation, reading and listening skills. She is also very friendly and she has a natural talent of starting conversation that don’t feel forced or too “textbook”.
