I love Hargeisa (my home city) and I do everything I can to make you feel comfortable and have a great time during our Somali lessons. I'm a British Somali, an English language university lecturer, a scientist, with a Master's Degree in water and environmental management. I am patient, calm and friendly. I use mostly my own specialized materials for teaching, but also some books and online material to explain any topic as clear and effective as possible. I realized that I loved teaching. Since I didn't go through the normal route to get a teaching certificate in college, when I finally did start teaching I put a lot of pressure on myself to be the best teacher I could be and to really reach my students.Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
My classes are private, so I try to customize the class for each student and to identify their needs. I try to help each person to reach their language goals of fluency and to give them the skills to be a better language learner so that they aren't dependent upon me or any other teacher or material.
