I don't know how Sylvia does it, but I feel much more comfortable speaking Italian than I could've imagined. It must be something about her manner, her calm encouragement, and her ability to add notes or corrections on the side chat without interrupting the conversation flow, so I can learn as I go, and also study it all later.
